Good design ~ models with sinks of water-saving toilets

Wash water into the toilet tank, add up to flush the toilet, I like simple green good design. Way to find several of the same idea but different shapes of water-saving toilet with sink, line, also shapes rhetoric to diapers, which do you prefer?
